Quite happily in fact, since I walked here from my loft and was not even a little bit chilly on this balmy 45 degree day. Corner Coffee is only a few blocks away from my loft, and sometimes I forget about it but always like coming here when I manage to remember it exists. I like to pretend that the warehouse district I live in is kind of like Soho, Tribeca or MePa were before all the cool places moved in and that when the new outdoor ballpark is finished next year, I will have an uber hip neighborhood. It's getting there..slowly but surely. Well maybe not NYC style.. but still pretty good.
