MINNEAPOLIS, Minn (August 6, 2009) - Ignite Models, Inc. boutique model management agency will kick off Minnesota Fashion Week in style this season with their Fashion, Music & Hair Styling Extravaganza: ENVISION: Fall 2009. Taking place in the ballroom of the Graves 601 hotel on Friday, September 18, ENVISION: Fall 2009 will showcase the crème de la crème of the Twin Cities Fashion industry, with 50 Ignite models, 20 stylists and 15 designers working together to create two heart pounding, high-fashion runway shows with 900+ of the Twin Cities’ most glamorous, fashion forward attendees looking on.
As anyone who’s ever observed a fast-paced runway show knows, while completely exhilarating to watch, it’s not always easy to remember which designers were your favorites, and which pieces you might like to add to your collection.
Luckily, the ladies of Ignite Models Inc are hosting their September FAME event less than a week later, while all the fabulous fall couture shown at ENVISION: Fall 2009 is still fresh in your mind.
September’s FAME event falls right during MN Fashion Week - Thursday, September 24th will be a unique opportunity for fashion lovers to experience an Interactive Trunk Show where they can meet and chat with every innovative designer or boutique owner who shows their fall collection at ENVISION: Fall 2009, including: Amanda Christine, Arwyn Birch, Bothdol Fashion, Carmichael Claith, Cliché, Drama, Emily Weich, Jenny Carle, Kjurek Couture, Local Motion, Peloria, PFT Couture, Renate Adjei, Rose White, Russel Bourrienne and V-State. Each designer will bring a rack of clothing from their fall collection, shown on the runway by Ignite models at ENVISION: Fall 2009, and guests will be able to try on and purchase couture that very night. With a late-September chill in the air and autumn fast approaching, it will be the perfect time to add a few cozy new pieces to your wardrobe.. that no one else will have.
The FAME Designer Meet & Greet will take place at Ignite Models Studio in the North Loop of Minneapolis. Hosted by Ignite Model Management, the event will feature an art exhibition by Minneapolis painter Matthew Berglund, house, electro and pop music by DJs Timmay & Shiek (who are also the DJs for ENVISION: Fall 2009) and food and drink from The Loop.
The worlds of fashion, art and music come together at each monthly FAME event, so prepare to hobnob with more than 50 hot male and female Ignite Models, fashionistas, stylists, designers, artists, photographers, musicians, DJ, hairstylists, make-up artists and writers from around the Twin Cities and beyond...
FAME events always take place the last Thursday of the month, from 7pm -10pm. Ignite Models Studio is located in the Brin Building at 600 Washington Ave N, Suite 101, Minneapolis. Admission for the FAME ENVISION: Fall 2009 Designer Meet & Greet will be $5 with a ticket stub from ENVISION: Fall 2009, $10 without.
