And apparently, neither was Mother Nature. Last week I took Gus for walks everyday because it was sunny and 65 degrees. Then Saturday morning we woke up to a winter wonderland. Its beautiful, but kind of strange when there are still fall colored leaves on the trees, covered in snow. We brought Gus up to the roofdeck when we woke up and showed him snow for the first time. He loved it and decided to scoop up two handfuls and carry his chilly treasures with him downstairs until they melted in his chubby little hands. It's definitely too early for this shiz, but I don't really mind since we're heading off on a fun-filled week in San Francisco this Sunday and will be spending several weeks in sunny SoCal after Christmas. And we do live in Minnesota, after all.
