                      Minneapolis, MINN. ( March 25, 2016) – Fashion Group International of Minneapolis-St. Paul (FGI-MSP) is pleased to present "What Sparks Your Passion: The Business of Style & Design" on Thursday, April 14th, 2016 from 6:00-8:30 pm at D.NOLO in the hip North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Conducted in collaboration with Fashion Week Minnesota, the evening will begin with complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres from Cave Vin and a chance to mix and mingle with fashionable young professionals. Following the reception, guests will listen to an in-depth discussion with an accomplished panel of style and design superstars, sharing stories of what sparks their passion. 

Moderated by Allison Kaplan, Senior Editor of Shopping + Style for Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, the panel will include Tom Horgen, Variety section Editor and Reporter at the Star Tribune, Jayne Haugen Olson, Editorial Director for Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Editor-in-Chief of Sky magazine - the onboard lifestyle magazine for Delta Air Lines, John Mooty, Founder of Wilson & Willy's, a Minneapolis retailer focused on collaborating with local manufacturers to produce unique, substance-driven products, Jasmine Stringer, founder of the internationally recognized lifestyle brand "Carpe Diem with Jasmine" and author of “Seize Your Life" and Veronica Clark, founder and owner of D.Nolo, a lifestyle and women's clothing and accessories retail space with a shop-within-a-shop concept.

What Sparks Your Passion: The Business of Style & Design is open to the public. Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception and networking from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and the panel will begin at 7:00 pm with a question and answer period from 8:00 - 8:30 pm.
