The awesome ladies who own the Chef Shack - Lisa and Carrie - have taken matters into their own hands and rented a corner of a parking lot at 5th and Hennepin to bring delicious street food offerings like their addictive Indian spiced mini-donuts, Dungeness crab sandwiches, Thai green curry, pulled pork tacos and much more to downtown Minneapolis every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 am - 2 pm. This makes me very happy, and I will definitely be walking Gus down there often this summer, in addition to visiting them at the Mill City Farmers Market Saturday mornings.
