Twin Cities Guacamole Makers outdid themselves this year - I was so impressed with everyone's creativity, from teams "Guac Me Amadeus" to "The Hunt For Red Guactober" to "Guactanamo Bay Detainees - You'll Want to Gitmo Of This Guac." All Hilarious, All Delish. Sadly it poured rain the entire day (thanks, MN) so we couldn't put the margarita bar outside in the courtyard of Blue as planned, which made things a little tiiight inside. And of course the sun came out right when the event started, when it was too late to move everything outside. We had plenty of amazing food from the Chef Shack, Baja Sol, Manny's Tortas, Pancho Villa, Barbette and Common Roots, plus all the ingredients donated from Coburns grocery delivery. Everyone had a Guactacular time and next year's 3rd Annual VimLab Guac Off will be even bigger and better!! More photos by Tyrel Ewer are posted here.
