ARENA DANCES Hosts Fifth Annual ARENA Bikini: Beach BABY!
Swimwear fashion show & dance performance to benefit local modern dance company
January 30, 2012 – MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Twin Cities modern dance company Mathew Janczewki’s ARENA DANCES is bringing the beach party out in style with its fifth annual ARENA Bikini: Beach BABY! It is part fashion show, part dance performance and all party! This year’s event will be held where else, but at the beach – the Calhoun Beach Club, that is.
Doors open at 8 pm and the event will feature a silent auction and cash bar with the biggest and most bodacious beachwear fashion show yet. Models from Arquette & Associates will take to the runway wearing fashions from local designers and boutiques including, Emma Berg, Adrienne Yancy, Jay Anderson, Kelly Ver Duin, Anita Jensen, Nani Nalu, Drama, and ARENA Bikini sponsor, martinpatrick3.
Tickets for the party are $35.00 and can be purchased in advance at www.arena-dances.org/arenabikini. VIP tickets are available for $50.00 and will get you a reserved runway side seat. About ARENA DANCES
Mathew Janczewski’s ARENA DANCES creates and performs original choreography by Mathew Janczewski to promote understanding and appreciation of modern dance in the Twin Cities. Founded in 1995, ARENA is one of the Twin Cities’ premiere dance companies composed of six of the areas brightest dance talent.
