If you're a Twins fan who might be debating whether or not you want to create your own fun little superfan, here's a reason to go for it: You can take your kid to run the bases at Target Field. Any kid can do it after any Sunday day game, and if you have a baby/toddler/small child who cannot run the bases alone, one parent can go with them. So it's a pretty sweet deal for any dads out there..Jeff loved it, and I enjoyed taking photos from the sidelines..it was also really cool to be down on the field. I highly recommend. Even sweeter, we were at the game on Father's Day with Jeff's dad and brother, and they beat the Padres at the bottom of the 9th inning. Score. And, Gus wore himself out running the bases and immediately fell asleep on the walk home, allowing us to sit outside at Darby's, have some food and cocktails and listen to house music on the patio. Double Score.
