Hang out on Belden Place in San Francisco - an adorbz little alley of Frenchie restaurants where the waiters look like they're straight from gay Paree and you can sit outside with delectable mussels and a glass of bubbly at Plouf all afternoon. I renamed it "Little France" and spent many a Bastille Day wearing a beret, drinking wine and dancing to the many house DJs who take over the alley to celebrate this wonderful holiday. Kind of wishing I were there right now..
Be in Paris. But really, what day isn't? I've been there 3 times - twice with mi amor - and I LOVE this city. On the last trip we visited a close friend who was living there and she showed us the hidden gems where the locals hang out - amazing bars and restaurants a tourist could never find.So glad I got the Frenchie tour. Magnifique!
