Biking all the time, esp along River Road, across the Stonearch Bridge, through St. Anthony Main, Nicolett Island and back home. This pic is from Lucca, Italy - I'd rather be there, biking along the walled in city and popping in to shops for gelato and vino like you do, but I guess the mighty Mississippi will have to do for now.

Dancing on the Solera Rooftop Sunday afternoons - my friends Big Mama J and Patrick James are going to start spinning up there every Saturday night soon, so we will spend plenty of time on that rooftop this summer.
Biking down to the Mill City Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings for coffee, fresh veggies and amazing grub from the Chef Shack.
