Delicious green beans from the big box of fresh veggies that was at my door - the first delivery from our CSA membership this summer from Foxtail Farm. I'm not sure what all of the veggies are in the box, or what to do with them, but its still pretty cool to get locally grown produce from the St. Croix River Valley less than an hour away delivered right to my door. We're sharing the box with our neighbors and will have to host some salad and veggie parties on our roof deck this season as we're getting weekly deliveries through October. Healthy!
