Solera tonigh from 5:30 - 7:30 pm with Chef JP Samuelson. Here's the Sample Circuit Menu:
* red wine poached pear and espelette pepper on toasted brioche
* smoked trout with avocado and grapefruit
* roasted mushrooms stuffed with crab and chorizo
* sampling of croquettes
* tuna bocadillo
* veal meatballs glazed with spicy harissa on golden raisin basmati
* seared rare beef tenderloin with black pepper crust and horseradish creme fraiche
* poached salmon with chamoula and saffron cous-cous
* assorted mini desserts
