Like, officially. Um..I am from SoCal. I don't do well in 4 degrees. I do however enjoy being warm and cozy and have been loving watching my stories under blankets in my loft with the Christmas tree lit, lights aglow in the windows, candles burning, drinking herbal tea while its bitter cold outside, but getting around in this shiz sucks.
